Navigating the hotel can be quite puzzling!!! The shower setup is awkward, making soap storage a pain!!! Those massive door keys could easily use a redesign to avoid cumbersome handling!!!

frustrating parking

The check-in parking situation is frustrating, as finding a spot took about 30 minutes. The shower could use a shelf for soap and shampoo, and the one pillow in the single room was quite flat, needing a second one to get some decent comfort.
